Really good coffee and I truly enjoyed my latte. They took their time crafting the coffee so expect to wait for your drink and it's worth your time. I'm a fan now.

decided to try this place out, and it's pretty spacious inside. They have a good amount of options available as well! their croissant was hard as a rock, and their drinks were pretty good! i would have preferred the matcha to be a little bit sweeter though! - blueberry matcha latte - vanilla bean latte - croissant

Writing an update as it looks like the staffing issue was resolved and they're consistently open on schedule in the mornings .... I live somewhat close to here and have had coffee here on a few weekend mornings. The coffee is quite good, the service is generally quick and cordial (with espresso drinks taking an understandable bit longer to make; I almost always get drip coffee). Sometimes it's really quiet, sometimes the small space gets pretty crowded with guests. They have a pretty good refrigerated selection of their house made cold brew. They make some pretty good specialty espresso drinks such as their Moon Tonic and (when girl scout cookies are in-season) Girl Scout Cookie Latte. FYI the cold drinks are often served with a metal straw (my teeth have had some close calls with the metal straws). They roast in-house, so if you go to the restroom the hallways are often congested with stray (sealed) sacks of imported beans they plan to roast. This isn't really a food café, though they often carry a small first come first served selection of Carl's Donuts pastries. They've served a small selection of beer on tap off and on over the years, and I think right now they do, so if you're into that and coffee you might want to check them out. They recently updated the interior paint, which looks really nice, though they also took out their window blinds, which means (despite the arty window film) you get a blast of sunlight in the early morning. That might or might not be your thing, so be warned if you visit in the morning. Also, the neighborhood has its share of Karens, so sometimes someone makes a scene about a customer service problem at the register. Entertaining? Disruptive? Perhaps. Be warned it can occasionally happen. For the most part I don't think the café does a bad job at all. Overall it's a good café, though the little things above might be an issue. Still, they're definitely worth a visit.
